With over three decades of rich and varied experience across educational administration, corporate management, logistics, and pharmaceutical sales, Rajeev Arora has played a pivotal role in shaping systems, streamlining processes, and uplifting professional standards in every organization served.

Having started in the pharmaceutical sector in the mid-90s, Rajeev Arora quickly rose through the ranks due to a strong work ethic, leadership acumen, and an unwavering commitment to results. From managing critical drug sales operations in North India to being recognized as the top performer within the Lucknow region, Rajeev Arora soon progressed to strategic managerial positions, demonstrating excellence in team building and operational control.

In the following years, Rajeev Arora expanded into the export and logistics industry, where meticulous planning and execution led to industry-recognized accuracy in container shipments and earned early promotions. Later, at Toyota, Rajeev Arora led high-scale administrative operations—overseeing facilities, workforce logistics, training, and compliance—while also receiving formal training in CTDMS and customer relations at Toyota Kirloskar Motors.

A turning point came with the opportunity to serve in the education sector. Beginning as Officer on Special Duty (OSD), Rajeev Arora steadily progressed through roles of increasing responsibility, serving as Assistant Director and later as Addl. Registrar at a reputed Indian University. In these roles, Rajeev Arora managed institutional affairs, regulatory frameworks, and academic support services. Particularly during his tenure as Addl. Registrar, he played a crucial role in the Distance Education division. His deep understanding of open and flexible learning systems enabled him to revamp processes, strengthen outreach, and ensure academic excellence—ultimately taking the university’s Distance Education programs to new heights of credibility, quality, and reach.

Fuelled by that purpose, Rajeev Arora took the lead as Director of Saakshar Bharat Mission, empowering literacy movements and grassroots educational outreach. Further, Rajeev Arora founded EduXpert Education Approvals Pvt. Ltd., a pioneering initiative that supports colleges and institutions in obtaining critical approvals and accreditations, ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies and enabling institutions to flourish with credibility and confidence.
